Psalm 23
“The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.
He makes me to lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside the still waters.
He restores my soul; He leads me in the paths of righteousness For His name’s sake.
Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; For You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.
You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You anoint my head with oil; My cup runs over.
Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me All the days of my life; And I will dwell in the house of the Lord Forever.”
Resting, trusting, renewal, and refreshment, these are all found at the table Jesus offers us a seat at.
This is the week in between Christmas and New Year’s. Make the most of the rest, soak in time with your family, and most importantly, keep your heart and mind fixed on your Shepherd. Stay in His pastures.
Enter the new year with your cup running over with His joy and peace.

Emmanuel Baptist Rescue Mission
January 2 @ 7:00 pm
Let's Go! We get to go together to serve the Lord Jesus and share His love with others on skid row. Everyone is welcome.
We will conduct a preaching service and share the Gospel with the attendees. Afterward, we will assist in serving the meal and cleaning up.

We are kicking off the year by connecting with our Lord and Savior in a powerful way - demonstrating (and being reminded of) our dependence on Him through prayer and fasting. We are thankful for our coffee team! Each week, they greet us with happy faces and joyful spirits as they serve so faithfully!
Coffee, tea, and snacks are available for your convenience each week from 9:00 - 9:30 am and 11:00 - 11:30 am.

Sunday @ 9 AM - Prayer
We believe in the power of prayer. We would love for you to join us for this special time to seek the Lord together before the morning service.
Sunday @ 9:30 AM & 11:30 AM - Worship gathering
During the 9:30 service, there will be childcare through age 5.
During the 11:30 worship gathering, we will have childcare through 4th grade.
Check-in for childcare starts 15 minutes prior to each gathering.
Wednesday @ 7:00 PM - NO Bible Study
There will be no Bible study this week. We look forward to gathering with you as we resume our Bible studies on January 8.
Come each Wednesday for Bible study. Be strengthened in your walk with the LORD and your connection with our church family.
Wednesday @ 7:00 PM - NO AWANA
Our exciting discipleship program for kids will resume on Wednesday night, January 8, from 7:00 - 8:30 PM. Bring your kids to join the fun and learn God's Word! (Check in starts at 6:45 PM)
