Loving what Jesus Loves ❤️⛪️
Ephesians 5:25 ...Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it;
Titus 2:14 Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.
There are many things that motivate us, but nothing moves us to action quite like real love. Christ's love for you motivated Him to give His life to redeem you from the penalty of sin. This gift of love made it possible for us to be free in Christ, grow in our reflection of Him, and show others how they too can be redeemed.
When we truly see the value Jesus places upon loving and reaching people, we become motivated to reflect that love as well! We want EVERYONE to know Him!
Because of this love, we’re going to have a special Heart for the House offering on Sunday, December 18. We are praying and believing for God to do big things through us this day! We want to make this an annual, year-end offering where we step out in faith to give towards both what God is doing in our church right now + giving for what’s ahead…our future building!
God is blessing our church in a special way, and we want to be ready for that next step whenever He opens the door!🚪🙌
Exodus 35:29 The children of Israel brought a willing offering unto the LORD, every man and woman, whose heart made them willing to bring for all manner of work, which the LORD had commanded to be made by the hand of Moses.
Here is what you can do to prepare your heart:
1. Think - Reflect on all God has done in your heart and through our church. Consider how many people still need to be reached with the gospel in our community.
2. Pray - There is no certain amount you or your family needs to give. We believe God will reveal His heart for generosity as you seek Him.
3. Commit - No matter the size of your contribution, there is power and blessing when God’s people commit together.
4. Give - After you have thought it through, prayed, and committed, (as Paul said to the church in Corinth) now it is time to do it. Give as God leads you.

The Castillos are hosting our prayer team gathering on Thursday at 7:30 pm. Everyone is welcome to attend.

Children's Christmas Program
Our annual Children's Christmas program is coming up. Each year, we take time during the morning service for the kids to sing songs and quote Bible verses about the birth of our Savior. This is always a wonderful time to invite family and friends. Practices will be each Sunday night during Awana.

Volunteer Christmas Party - 5:00 pm
Every year, we get to celebrate the season with our volunteers. If you volunteer for any ministry here at Crosspoint, we want you to come and be a part of this fun time.
We will have a "white elephant" gift exchange which is always a ton of fun. (Who will get the "Climbing Santa" this year?!? 😆) There is no obligation to participate in the gift exchange, but if you plan to participate, please bring a gift.
