Redeem the time ⏰
Ephesians 5:8, 15-17 For ye were sometimes darkness, but now are ye light in the Lord: walk as children of light: 15 See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise, 16 redeeming the time, because the days are evil. 17 Wherefore be ye not unwise, but understanding what the will of the Lord is.
It’s so easy to get sucked into old patterns and habits of the flesh. This is why, in the verses above, God is reminding us that we are children of light. We are His. He calls us to live like the children of light that we are, not foolishly seeking all this world has to offer. Instead, we are called to make the most of the time God has given us.
Jesus has redeemed us. Let's redeem the time we have been given!

December 7
Emmanuel Baptist Rescue Mission - 7:00 pm
On the first Thursday of each month, we get to go to skid row and serve at the rescue mission. We conduct a church service complete with worship songs and a Gospel message, and we assist their staff in serving a meal to those who attend that night. We would love for you to go with us!

Crosspoint Kids Live Nativity - 10:30 am
Our annual Crosspoint Kids Christmas Live Nativity is coming up. This is a wonderful time to invite family and friends.
Practices will be each Sunday night, December 3 and 10, and will be at 5 pm sharp at the beginning of AWANA.
December 17
Volunteer Christmas Party - 5 pm
Every year, we get to celebrate the season with our volunteers. If you volunteer for any ministry here at Crosspoint, we want you to come and be a part of this fun and strengthening time.
The meal will be provided. No need to bring anything.
Childcare will be provided as well.
Please RSVP for the dinner by December 13, and let us know if you will be needing childcare as well.

Christmas @ Crosspoint
Christmas Eve falls on Sunday this year, and we are excited to celebrate with you. Invite your friends and family to Christmas Eve @ Crosspoint!
We’ll worship Jesus together and listen to a Bible message that reminds us of our Savior's birth. There will also be hot chocolate, coffee, and light refreshments to enjoy before and after the gathering.

Wednesday @ 7:00 PM - Growth Group
Come each Wednesday to enjoy a Bible study and discussion with others in our Growth Groups. Be strengthened in your walk with the LORD and your connection with our church family. This week, we have our married couples class and a Bible study for all other adults.
