Give Thanks!🙌
1 Thessalonians 5:18 In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.
God is telling us, in this verse, that we can and should give thanks no matter what. That seems so hard sometimes. We can look around at our world as it is experiencing the consequences of the divisive nature of sin and feel pretty hopeless.
People all around us are looking at undesirable circumstances and falling into despair. Sometimes, even believers in Jesus Christ fail to remember His bountiful blessings and abundant grace.
This week, as we celebrate Thanksgiving, let’s show our gratitude for all the blessings we have received from the hand of God. There truly are so many. Let us remember that our dependance is on Him and that we trust Him to provide and protect. May His will be done! May His name be glorified.
May our message to this world be, “Give thanks! God is good! Jesus saves!”
So, let’s practice giving thanks right now. What is one thing you are thankful for? 1) Would you bow your head right now and thank Jesus for it? 2) Next, would you share it with us? 3) If you are in the habit of using social media, why not tell your followers and friends what you are thankful for and give God the glory!🙏

Every year, we get to celebrate the season with our volunteers. If you volunteer for any ministry here at Crosspoint, we want you to come and be a part of this fun time.
We will have a "white elephant" gift exchange which is always a ton of fun. (Who will get the "Climbing Santa" this year?!? 😆) There is no obligation to participate in the gift exchange.

If Opportunity knocked are we ready?
We have been praying for some time now that God would bless us with a building of our own, and we believe He will do it in His timing and in His way. There is currently a property on the market that would be a tremendous asset to our ministry if the Lord provided it for us. However, a downpayment and the monthly payments for a property like this would be out of our reach at this time.
We should prepare for an opportunity by setting aside money and giving generously to a building fund. Would you ask the Lord what He would lead you to give (above your tithe) to help us prepare for the opportunity when God brings it our way?
God is able, but He expects us to be obedient!
LIVESTREAM
We will be streaming the 10:30 am service LIVE on our Facebook page and on our YouTube channel.
Important stuff 😉:
- Who are you going to bless this week? "Exhort one another daily" is a great encouragement to us all. It helps us stay close in fellowship and protects us against the attacks of the enemy who wants to divide us.
- Let us know if you or someone you know has a need.🙏
