Praying for God’s volunteers
1 Corinthians 12:18-23a But now God has set the members, each one of them, in the body just as He pleased. And if they were all one member, where would the body be? But now indeed there are many members, yet one body. And the eye cannot say to the hand, “I have no need of you”; nor again the head to the feet, “I have no need of you.” No, much rather, those members of the body which seem to be weaker are necessary. And those members of the body which we think to be less honorable, on these we bestow greater honor;
This is a big deal, church family! We have so many people who lead and love God’s body @ Crosspoint.
Have you taken time to pray for the volunteers who show up to make Crosspoint a place that is welcoming, clean, organized, safe, and most importantly, prayed over!
We serve God because we love Him. We should take time to pray for those people who serve in unseen or unnoticed places in our church. You may not notice the ones who empty the trash or teach the kids or serve at the Hoving Home, the rescue mission, or public school Bible club. Many disciple others, meet for prayer, and/or show up to work behind the scenes in so many ways all week long.
Serving God is sometimes inconvenient, but it is never a waste of time.
Let’s pray God’s love and blessing on God’s volunteers. Every part of the body of Christ is necessary. Everyone needs prayer. Let’s remember each other!

Emmanuel Baptist Rescue Mission
November 7
Let's Go! We get to go together to serve the Lord Jesus and share His love with others on skid row. Everyone is welcome.
We will conduct a preaching service and share the Gospel with the attendees. Afterward, we will assist in serving the meal and cleaning up.

Membership Class
November 8
Join us from 6:30 to 9 pm for our upcoming Membership Class at Pastor Phillip and McKenzie's house. Dinner will be provided during the class. Please note that there will be no childcare available.
If you are interested in attending, please register using the provided link. This class is a great opportunity to learn more about our church and what it means to become a member. We look forward to seeing you there!

Operation Christmas Child Shoebox Collection
November 18
We are so excited about packing shoeboxes to send the Gospel and gifts of love to boys and girls around the world.
Everyone can be involved in this effort. We ask that you:
1 - fill the box completely
2 - pay the $10 shipping fee
3 - pray for the child who will receive the box
Please bring packed shoeboxes back no later than November 18.

Sunday @ 9 AM - Prayer
We believe in the power of prayer. We would love for you to join us for this special time to seek the Lord together before the morning service.
Sunday @ 9:30 AM & 11:30 AM - Worship gathering
During the 9:30 service, there will be childcare through age 5.
During the 11:30 worship gathering, we will have childcare through 4th grade.
Check-in for childcare starts 15 minutes prior to each gathering.
Wednesday @ 7:00 PM - Bible Study
Come each Wednesday for Bible study. Be strengthened in your walk with the LORD and your connection with our church family.
Wednesday @ 7:00 PM - AWANA
Our discipleship program for kids happens on Wednesday nights from 7:00 - 8:30 PM. Bring your kids to join the fun and learn God's Word! (Check in starts at 6:45 PM)
Growth Groups
Our Growth Groups are a wonderful way to get connected to our church family. Your Group Leader will let you know when and where your Group will meet each month.
