Fearless 🙏🙌
John 14:27 Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.
McKenzie and I talk about it often. The world will keep you supplied with plenty of things to fill your heart and mind with worry and fear, but God offers us the deepest peace possible - even in the midst of the troubles. He offers us a fearless life. This fearlessness is rooted in the hope we have in Jesus Christ.
John 16:33 These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.
The world says the way to peace is through fame and fortune, but the reality is that a look into the lives of the rich and famous helps us see that wealth has nothing to do with peace or true prosperity. You cannot buy peace!
I read an article this week that actually says the super rich “preppers” are making plans in order to survive the apocalypse. The whole article was filled with fear. It was really sad to read the helplessness and hopelessness they live with on a daily basis. No amount of money can promise you protection.
Just as we see with the passing of Queen Elizabeth II, your station in life does not make a difference in the end. Everyone will die. The Bible says we will all stand before God for judgment. Knowing Jesus and walking with Him even gives us confidence for that day!
I’m so thankful for a God that grants peace so deep that not only are we secure for eternity, but we know God is meeting all of our needs according to His perfect will right now. We just have the responsibility of choosing to walk with Him - and the closer the better.

If Opportunity knocked are we ready?
We have been praying for some time now that God would bless us with a building of our own, and we believe He will do it in His timing and in His way. There is currently a property on the market that would be a tremendous asset to our ministry if the Lord provided it for us. However, a downpayment and the monthly payments for a property like this would be out of our reach at this time.
We should prepare for an opportunity by setting aside money and giving generously to a building fund. Would you ask the Lord what He would lead you to give (above your tithe) to help us prepare for the opportunity when God brings it our way?
God is able, but He expects us to be obedient!
