Draw Close to God 🙏
“Come close to God, and God will come close to you. Wash your hands, you sinners; purify your hearts, for your loyalty is divided between God and the world.” James 4:8
We are 21 days away from the Pasadena Revival and if you have been participating in the Hope Initiative, we are 11 days into our our 30 day challenge in the book Pray and Go.
If you’re anything like McKenzie and me, as we have read these challenges each day, God has revealed our sin, our Savior’s goodness, and a renewed desire to draw closer to God and share the love of Jesus.
I’d like to encourage you to come close to God. Ask Him what He would like you to confess and forsake. God’s Word gives us wonderful truths like the one mentioned above and this one right here.
“He who covers his sins will not prosper, But whoever confesses and forsakes them will have mercy.” Proverbs 28:13
I would also encourage everyone in our church family to participate in some type of fasting and prayer over the next 21 days leading up to the revival. You may fast for a day — or two — or 21. Just obey the Holy Spirit’s leading. Purpose in your heart to come close to God.

‍Men's Retreat
‍Let's GO! It's time for our men's retreat! This is shaping up to be such a great time of spiritual growth and relationship building with our brothers. Come and be challenged through solid Bible teaching and spiritual sharpening that comes from fellowship with believers.
As always, this is going to be so much fun, and the food will be incredible!

What a great summer we have had! God blessed in so many ways as He helped us to grow and be strengthened in His Word and in our faith. Now it is time to get back to our regular Growth Group schedule.
