Building 🪨🔨🪚
1 Corinthians 3:10-13 According to the grace of God which is given unto me, as a wise masterbuilder, I have laid the foundation, and another buildeth thereon. But let every man take heed how he buildeth thereupon. For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ. Now if any man build upon this foundation gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, stubble; every man's work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man's work of what sort it is.
In this passage, the Apostle Paul uses the metaphor of construction to illustrate the importance of a life built on Jesus Christ. Paul emphasizes that the foundation is Christ Himself, and the quality of each of the materials we build with from there matters because our works will be tested by fire.
Commit to building with materials that honor God.
This will involve prioritizing spiritual growth, serving others out of pure motives, and pursuing God’s will for our lives and not our own way. This means saying “No” to my own desires and pleasures (hobbies, pastimes, entertainment, movies, tv shows, music, activities, and more) if they don’t honor God and encourage holiness in my life or help me to set a godly example before others (especially those closest to me).
Only things of eternal value last forever.
Ask God for wisdom to build wisely upon the foundation of Christ. Seek His guidance to ensure that your work reflects His values and withstands the test of time.

Heart for the House Offering
Our church has been growing! Beginning November 1st, we will have full use of our church building for the work of the ministry and the building up of the body of Christ. With this new and exciting change, there are some things that will need to be purchased and done that will make this building a more permanent setup.
Our rent will also increase.
We would like to take up a special “Heart for the House” offering to provide for these extra expenses. We are asking you to pray and ask God what He would like you to give to this specific need. Follow this link to see the specific needs. Notice some of the needs have already been met. 🙌

Our weekly discipleship for kids and junior high students is returning soon. This year, it will be on Wednesdays from 7-8:30pm.
This is a wonderful time for your kids to learn Biblical truths and memorize Bible verses all while having fun together!

We believe in the power of prayer. We would love for you to join us for this special time to seek the Lord together before the morning service.
Sunday @ 9:30 AM & 11:30 AM - Worship gathering
During the 9:30 service, there will be childcare through age 5.
During the 11:30 worship gathering, we will have childcare through 2nd grade.
Check-in for childcare starts 15 minutes prior to each gathering.
Wednesday @ 7:00 PM - Growth Group
Come each Wednesday for Bible study. Be strengthened in your walk with the LORD and your connection with our church family.
