How is your spirit? 🙏🏼🙌🏼
Hi, Guys!
At Crosspoint, we often pray, "Lord, Your will be done in LA as it is in Heaven." The Word of God is clear that His will is for us to love Him and love others. He wants us to reach the world with the Gospel and teach them to be committed followers of Jesus Christ.
We can expand or limit our effectiveness and influence for Jesus Christ depending upon our spirit. We have a choice. We can be condescending and critical, or we can be compassionate and Christlike.
Because Daniel had an excellent spirit (Daniel 5:12, 6:3), he was "preferred above the presidents and princes" in Babylon. When the children of Israel were all downcast and doubtful regarding the promises of God, Scripture says Caleb had another spirit with him (Numbers 14:24). Because of this, Caleb and Joshua were able to lead Israel to possess the land God had promised while the doubtful and disobedient wandered hopelessly and eventually died in the wilderness.
God wants you to live the victorious Christian life - and you can - but the choice is yours. God has given you His Spirit! You can have a right spirit through Him.

June 26: 10 am - 1 pm Church workday: Let’s serve together! Meet at the church to help sand and paint some of the folding chairs we use.
June 30: Movie night - Join us for a free outdoor movie night! Invite your friends and family! The patio opens at 7 pm. The movie starts at 7:30 pm. Seats are limited. Reserve yours here!
July 4: Celebration of Freedom - Let’s all gather for one service at Victory Park and celebrate the freedom we have in Christ! Bring a picnic lunch if you would like and enjoy fun games after the service! The Kona Ice truck will be there! Bring your own chair!
August 12-14: We are going camping at Quaking Aspen Campground in the Sequoia National Forest! It’s SO much fun to hang out together! You can reserve a yurt on your own here https://www.recreation.gov/camping/campgrounds/232827, or you can camp in our group camping spot (first 50 people) for $10 per person, total, for the two nights.
