Seasons of lifeđż
Sometimes you go through seasons when you feel lonely, and you need extra fellowship. You need friends around you often. You might go through a season when you minister âabove and beyondâ your normal times of service. You feel blessed to do it, but you barely feel like you have time for anything else. Other times, youâre a busy mom or dad with kids and jobs, and you long to do more and have more time to serve God.
No matter where you fit into these seasons, or seasons like these, the answer is the same. Get close to God. We need Him first. Family and friends are amazing, and serving Jesus through the church is important.
But nothingâ I mean nothingâ will work out right if we arenât walking closely with Jesus and spending plenty of time with Him. Everything else in life pours out of that.
âFor in him (Jesus) we live, and move, and have our being;â Acts 17:28
We should all be thinking of the seasons different people are in and be understanding of each other. Life has seasons, but in every one of those, put God first.

This week, we have separate Bible studies for Men and Ladies. Join us for Bible teaching, small group discussion, and prayer time!
