Be Faithful! 📖🗺️
1 Corinthians 15:58 “Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.”
Adoniram Judson (1788–1850) was one of the first American missionaries to Burma, enduring years of hardship, imprisonment, and loss for the sake of the Gospel. After initially intending to serve Christ in India, Judson and his wife Ann, set sail for Burma.
The work was painfully slow—six years passed before the first convert—but Judson remained steadfast, laboring to translate the Bible and share Christ in a deeply Buddhist land. His greatest trial came when he was imprisoned for 17 brutal months, enduring torture and near starvation, while Ann fought tirelessly for his survival. Shortly after his release, she and their infant daughter died, leaving Judson broken, yet he pressed on, completing the Burmese Bible—a work that would shape the nation’s faith for generations.
By his death in 1850, Judson had planted over 100 churches with 8,000 believers, proving that faithful endurance bears eternal fruit. His life exemplifies Galatians 6:9 “And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.”Though suffering marked his journey, God used his obedience to transform an entire people. His story reminds us that, no matter the cost, faithfulness to God’s call is never in vain.
Disaster Relief
The Eaton fire devastated Altadena, Pasadena, and the surrounding areas. Many homes were destroyed and families displaced. Crosspoint has been blessed to serve our community by distributing waters, delivering air purifiers, giving clothes, as well as providing gift cards and some financial assistance.
We now have the opportunity to partner with Samaritan's Purse to help families clean their homes and search for personal items on properties that burned. If you would like to be a part of this effort, go to spvolunteer.org or call 626-808-6653.

Membership Class
February 21
Join us from 6:30 to 9 pm for our upcoming Membership Class at Pastor Phillip and McKenzie's house. Dinner will be provided during the class. Please note that there will be no childcare available.

Leadership Workshop

We are excited to gather for a time of fellowship and training from one of my favorite pastors and greatest friends, Pastor Cary Schmidt.
Cary is the pastor of Emmanuel Baptist Church in Newington, CT. He has authored several books (done, Stop Trying, Real Christianity, Steady Strength, and more) that have been a tremendous help to many people.
If you are serving - especially in a leadership capacity, this is one event that you don't want to miss. Breakfast and childcare will be provided.

This Month's Featured Ministry Team

We believe in the power of prayer. We would love for you to join us for this special time to seek the Lord together before the morning service.
Sunday @ 9:30 AM & 11:30 AM - Worship gathering
During the 9:30 service, there will be childcare through age 5.
During the 11:30 worship gathering, we will have childcare through 4th grade.
Check-in for childcare starts 15 minutes prior to each gathering.
Wednesday @ 7:00 PM - Bible Study
Come each Wednesday for Bible study. Be strengthened in your walk with the LORD and your connection with our church family.
Wednesday @ 7:00 PM - AWANA
Our exciting discipleship program for kids continues on Wednesday night from 7:00 - 8:30 PM. Bring your kids to join the fun and learn God's Word! (Check in starts at 6:45 PM)

Our Growth Groups are a wonderful way to get connected to our church family. Your Group Leader will let you know when and where your Group will meet each month.
