You are God’s masterpiece!🖼️
Ephesians 2:10 Â For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.
I read an encouraging devotional today from Dr. Charles Stanley, and I wanted to share it with you!
“You may not feel very good about yourself at times—you may be so aware of your faults that you’re convinced you’re not as good as other people and are beyond redeeming. However, Scripture is emphatic that you are God’s workmanship from start to finish. He created you and has good works that you are to accomplish for Him—assignments that require your unique mix of talents, personality, experiences, and abilities.
Jesus is the Author and Finisher of your story and not the half has been told. You have a very limited perspective of the plot, and as long as you insist on forging your own path, He will not write His living will on your heart.
However, once you acknowledge Him as your sovereign King and Lord, He will show you His viewpoint of your life—what He is accomplishing—and He will guide you into His wholeness, fruitfulness, and blessings.
So stop evaluating your worth and look to the One who continues to work on you. If He could take Joseph from prison and make him second in command of Egypt, there is no telling what He could do through you."
